The College of the Desert Cheerleading Squad is made up of a competitive squad of girls and also a co-ed team that perform and cheer at football, basketball, volleyball games and will travel to playoff games.
Audition Information
Tryouts are open to COD students and incoming freshmen, and transferring students that have enrolled at COD.
Recommended Skill Levels
General

Elite level of enthusiasm and technical cheer skills. Must be totally commited and dedicated to the program.

Must be enrolled at College of the Desert as a full time student ( >12 units).

Must maintain a 2.0 GPA.

Additional Benefits
The College of the Desert Cheer Team is housed under the Athletic Department and is a club in the Associated Students of College of the Desert. Some travel may be necessary.
