Probation

·    Student received a letter about probation (Counseling Office) 

Refunds All refunds are mailed automatically to the address you have on file with the Admissions and Records Office. 

Summer refunds are mailed automatically to students in July.
Fall refunds are mailed automatically to students in October.
Spring refunds are mailed automatically to students in February.

Register for College 
Registration (Enrolling) and Registration Problems

·    Student wants help to register for a class using the computer (Admissions & Records, Transfer/Career Center or HILB Ctr./Office of Student Life)

·    Student wants to use a computer to register (HILB Ctr./Cyber Cafe)

·    Student tries to register and gets one of the following messages:

Residency

Student Senate/Student Government

·    Student wants to apply for the ASCOD Student Senate (HILB Ctr./Office of Student Life)

Transfer

·    Student wants to know what classes they need to transfer to [name of institution] (Transfer Center or Counseling Office)

Transcripts

·    Student has transcript from another college they want to turn in (Admissions & Records).
      *Transcripts are not needed for admission
      *Transcripts are only needed if students have met a prerequisite    requirement at another institutuion.  In this instance an unofficial transcript that has been printed from the web is acceptable.

    Student has transcript from another college and wants an “official evaluation”)

·  An official transcript is required when a student who has completed 30 units (12 completed at C.O.D.) is requesting an evaluation for degree requirements.


·    Student wants a copy of their COD transcript (WebAdvisor on-line requests only)

·    Student has transcript from another college and wants someone to tell them what else to take – Informal transcript evaluation (Counseling Office)

 

Tutoring

·    Students are interested in getting help in English, Math, Reading or any other academic course (Tutoring Center in the Mind Shack, East Annex)

Veteran’s Benefits
