Our office hours are 8:00am - 6:00pm Monday through Thursday, and 8:00am - 5:00pm on Friday. Please note the counseling hours above, to see a Counselor. The Counselors are now seeing students on a drop-in basis only. *Due to the high volume of students seen, the drop-in list may be closed earlier than 5:30pm, or 2:00pm on Fridays.
Counselors are also available at the Eastern Valley Center on Monroe St. in Indio. Call 760-776-7200 for information. On the Mecca/Thermal campus there is a counselor on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Call 760-396-2010 to make an appointment.
If you are transferring to COD from another college, you will need to meet with a counselor to verify prerequisites and possibly waive orientation and the assessment test, even if you have submitted official transcripts to Admissions & Records.
