BSI Objective # 6.

By fall 2012, COD will have implemented academic programs and student and support services appropriate to COD’s basic skills students and to identified BSLS.

Strategy 1:       Proposed changes to or supplementation of academic programs and Student Support Services will be indentified.

Who:    Division faculty working in collaboration with a BSI Task Force on Academic Implementation.

When:  Spring 2011.

Strategy 2:       A tactical plan including key performance indicators (KPIs) for implementation of proposed changes will be developed.

Who:    Division faculty working in collaboration with a BSI Task Force on Academic Implementation.

When:  Fall 2011.

Strategy 3:       The tactical plan will be implemented.
