Request to have your College of the Desert transcripts sent to another College or University:
Students and Alumni:
College of the Desert has partnered with Docufide to provide transcripts for you. This Online Electronic Transcript Request Service through Docufide.com will facilitate requests 24 hours per day, 365 days per year - most times with next day electronic delivery.
This also provides a secure, convenient way to request a copy of your College of the Desert transcript AND provides you with the ability to track the progress of your request online. Docufide will deliver your transcript anywhere you need it to go- other colleges and universities, scholarships funds, employers, and even to yourself!

Electronic Request (to institutions part of the Docufide member community):
Records will be sent electronically to participating e-transcript institutions most times same day/next day but may take 5 to 10 working days.
You may request a paper format be delivered to an institutuion within the Docufide memeber community- but will be charged the Transcript Paper Request fee accordingly.
Institutions that do not receive electronically, transcripts will be sent first class mail in paper format-- Certified official transcript within five to ten working days.
You will be provided with the opportunity to select delivery method of first class mail or Federal Express and be charged accordingly.
Counter Office Request
You may submit a request either by mail or in person by printing the transcript request form, completeing it and submitting to the Admissions office in person or mail with your payment to:

**Transcripts will not be released for students who have financial obligations to College of the Desert. **To check the status of your request anytime just sign into your Docufide account and click on TRACKING.
Request to have your transcripts from a previous College/University or High School sent to College of the Desert. College of the Desert prefers to receive transcripts from your previous college/university or high school- electronically:
Please make sure you are prepared to pay to have your transcripts sent to C.O.D. You may also go directly to the high school, college, or university website to request your transcript be sent to C.O.D.
· As part of your request to have transcripts sent electronically to College of the Desert, you will create an account for this service. This service will use your email address to provide you with the ability to track the status of your requests and to submit additional requests as necessary. Fees vary depending on the school the transcripts are coming from.

If you are a College/University or High School who has received a Parchment/Docufied transcript request:
There will be a link on the Transcript Request form that you receive that is specific to that request. Click on the link to register for the free service; the registration information will be pre-populated. Otherwise, institutions can always sign up by clicking on this link www.docufied.com.
