Q) I’ve paid my fees online, but I’m still unable to register and my account shows a hold. What do I need to do to remove the hold?

A) Payments posted online do not automatically clear holds. Please contact the Bursar's Office, and we will remove the hold from your student account.

Q) Can I purchase a parking permit and pick it up the same day?

A) Yes, however, you must be connected to the College’s free WiFi or purchase the permit using a computer located on campus (Student Life, Counseling Center, etc.). Permits purchased online from an outside computer or phone connected to your own data provider will be mailed in approximately 4-6 weeks. Please visit the Parking section under the Bursar page of the college website to access the link for purchasing your permit online.

Q) How can I appeal a parking citation?
