After a student receives a Financial Aid Award Notification Email from the COD Financial Aid Office, the student can expect to receive his/her financial aid funds in the form of either a paper check that is mailed to the student’s current address on file with the Admissions and Records Office or via direct deposit to their designated checking or savings account or Higher One account. Students must activate their HigherOne card before their Fall Pell Grant payment will be disbursed.
Please be sure to activate your Higher One card and choose your preferred refund method. If you have not yet activated your card your disbursement will be delayed.
Students who were enrolled in Winter Intercession, please note: Winter 2015 units will be combined with Spring 2015 units and are scheduled to be paid with the 4/15/2015 disbursement date.
