Scholarship checks sent to the COD Financial Aid Office from outside organizations on behalf of students require a minimum 2 week turnaround time to process the check(s) from the date the check was received. Once the check is ready, students will need to first go to the Financial Aid Office to pickup their Scholarship Check Clearance Form prior to picking up their check from the Bursar's Office. Please call the Financial Aid Office to confirm if your check(s) is ready and bring your government issued ID.
