Outside Scholarships

Scholarship checks sent to the COD Financial Aid Office from outside organizations on behalf of students require a minimum 2-3 week turnaround time to process the check(s) from the date the check was received in the Financial Aid Office.

Once a scholarship check is ready for pick-up, students will receive an updated award notification on their Self Service Student Portal.

An e-mail notification will be sent out  from the Financial Aid Office alerting the student that their scholarship check is ready for pick-up.

Students will need to first go to the Financial Aid Office to pickup their Scholarship Check Clearance Form prior to picking up their check from the Bursar's Office.
