During
the COVID-19 campus closure, the Financial Aid Office will continue to operate
remotely to support students.
We encourage you to check out our Financial Aid Chatbot and FATV available 24/7/365 days per year to get you the
financial aid answers you need to the questions you have. These services
communicate information about financial assistance in a manner that is easy to
understand during a time that works best for you and can be accessed virtually
anytime.
You can still review your financial aid status, complete your
missing documents, and view your financial aid awards through the Financial Aid Self-Service Portal. We highly encourage you to visit our Financial Aid Self-Service Portal, where you can access
all of the financial aid forms that you need to complete.
For missing documents, use the links on the missing documents page in the Financial Aid Self-Service Portal to submit missing forms. If you need to upload a missing form to the Financial Aid Office, you can also use the upload function under links on the right hand side of the homepage in the Financial Aid Self-Serice Portal. Please give our office 7-14 business days to mark the item as complete on
your portal once you have submitted the form. You will receive an email from our office if the forms were not completed correctly.
We are also offering workshops via zoom to assist students with their financial aid application. If you need help with your application, sign up for one of our workshops or check out FATV videos to guide you through the process.
