A Welcoming Statement

On behalf of our students, faculty, and staff associated with College of the Desert’s (COD) Office of Education Centers (OEC), I welcome you to our webpage.  This division, in collaboration with our COD Palm Desert campus, oversees seven off-campus sites located throughout the eastern and western Coachella Valley where college credit and non-credit courses are offered in the day and evening hours.

The OEC faculty and staff strive to meet the needs of the students we serve by providing high quality instruction and services by outstanding faculty, staff, and administration. Additionally, students are provided learning opportunities and student support services that prepare students, in part, towards completion of transfer courses to four-year institutions or to prepare for the jobs of today and for the future. 

We encourage you to contact our OEC office if you have any questions or seek additional information pertaining to our course offerings and student support services available.  Once again, welcome to College of the Desert’s Office of Education Centers division.
