CODtalk: Partners Against Violence

Attention Roadrunners: The Office of Student Life would like to invite the entire COD community to the final CODtalk of the 2021-2022 school year. Please join us on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 from 3:30-4:30pm on Zoom for a very special and informative presentation by Partners Against Violence.

Partners Against Violence helps and provides support for Survivors of sexual assault and violent crimes. All of their services are confidential and available at no cost to Survivors, their significant others, and family members. Partners Against Violence works in partnership with communities and Survivors to create a culture of respect and dignity for all persons through Institutional Advocacy, Prevention Education and Awareness Programming. They are partners committed to building healthy relationships, families, communities, and generations that are free from violence. 

Their CODtalk presentation will include topics such as:

• Services offered by Partners Against Violence
• College Rape Culture, Red Zone Campaign (community engagement), and safety techniques 
• Volunteer Program & opportunities
