Fall Semester Begins at College of the Desert
Thousands of students returned to campuses across the Coachella Valley this week as College of the Desert’s Fall 2019 Semester officially started.
Students can still register for full-term fall classes now through Sept. 3. There are many seats available in a wide variety of disciplines, including Administration of Justice, Automotive Technology, Art, Digital Design, Culinary Arts, Music and more.
To view specific class availability, visit the College of the Desert website and click on the “Open Class List” link located on the left side of the homepage.
The Fall 2019 Semester will end on December 16, 2019. Other key dates include:
- Aug. 26-Sept. 3: Late Registration Period
- Sept. 2: Campus Closed, Labor Day Holiday
- Sept. 3: Last Day to Add Full-Term Classes
- Nov. 11: Campus Closed, Veterans Day
- Nov. 28-29: Campus Closed, Thanksgiving Holiday
- Dec. 10-16: Final Exams
