The Student Health and Wellness Center will be providing online workshops to discuss topics related to the emotions students may be experiencing while dealing with the COVID-19 crisis. The first workshop will focus on anxiety and how to manage the emotions that come with it.
Many students may be experiencing large amounts of stress, excessive worry, difficulty concentrating, irritability and tension. This workshop will provide tips and tools on how to effectively manage those emotions. We will be addressing cognitive behavioral interventions, relaxation techniques, exercise activities and much more.
