CCC Confer has transitioned to Zoom, a new web based conferencing tool for online meeting and conference calls. Read on to learn more, and get prepared.
Zoom is an online meeting service provided to all employees of the California Community Colleges by the CCC Confer project. Connections are Java-free, and support all operating systems and browsers, including mobile devices. Experience high quality video and audio, desktop screen sharing, whiteboard with annotations, waiting and breakout rooms, and more. Record to the cloud, and create a movie file which can be viewed from any device and operating system. CCC Confer Zoom connects with Canvas making it easy for instructors and students to participate live, and to view recordings. ConferZoom allows for unlimited meeting minutes with up to 100 participants. You will receive the same high quality service and support from the same CCC Confer team.

CCC Confer online meetings can be scheduled using MyConfer through July 30, 2018.
CCC Confer online meetings currently scheduled beyond July 30, 2018 must be rescheduled using your CCC Confer Zoom account at ConferZoom. (Opens external link)
Conference calls scheduled with Call Confer are not affected by the new change.
Store recordings created in CCC Confer using 3C Media Solutions.

Recordings made between January 1, 2017 - July 30, 2018 will be stored in your account upon request, submit your request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
