Social Sciences
College of the Desert has a group of subjects called "Social Science, Education and Public Service." This pathway helps students learn about how people live, how societies work, and how governments operate. You can study subjects like psychology, sociology, history, and political science. This pathway can prepare you for jobs helping people in the community, working in government, or continuing your studies at a four-year college.
