Yes, myCODprint offers many ways to send your print jobs. See How to Print.

No. The copiers are designed for the 8 x 11.5 size paper that is preloaded into them. Copiers cannot be opened or changed to accept other types of paper or supplies.

No. You won't need to fund your myCODprint account as part of the registration process. You will need to ensure you have sufficient money in your myCODprint account before you can release print jobs at the copier.

Black and white printing/copies:

  • 10 cents per page single-sided
  • 8 cents per page double-sided, or 16 cents per sheet (save 2 cents per page by printing double-sided)

Color printing/copies:

  • 40 cents per page single-sided
  • 35 cents per page double-sided, or 70 cents per sheet (save 5 cents per page by printing double-sided)

No. You must be a registered student to use myCODprint.

Students without a credit card or debit card can pay-for-print in the Office of Student Life with cash.

If a document doesn't print because of a technical problem such as a paper jam or the print quality is poor, please see an employee for assistance. An employee may reprint the job only after the job is evaluated and determined to be related to the status of the copier (poor toner quality, wrinkled paper, etc.).

No, students are responsible to ensure they are printing the correct documents. Students can preview their sent jobs in their myCODprint account prior to release at the copier.

Your account will remain active while you are enrolled at College of the Desert. myCODprint balances will not be refunded when you leave the college. Keep your account balance low.

Yes. Print jobs are not charged until they are released from the copier. You can delete print jobs proactively or automatically be removed after two (2) days.

Contact the Office of Student Life to verify that your card is active and swipeable.

No, you will only be charged for the pages that printed successfully.
