Faculty Self Service

As you may or may not know WebAdvisor ceased to be supported by Ellucian in June 2021, so here we are transitioning to the next generation of the faculty and student interface system.

Faculty Self-Service is the new interface for faculty to use to check their rosters, course deadline dates, census date, enter grades, drop students, and approve students to add a filled course.  Self-Service is replacing the old WebAdvisor interface that faculty have used for rosters and grading before now.

If you also advise students, you have already experienced Self-Service when you were utilizing the online degree plans through Academic Planning (a.k.a. Student Planning).

Please visit the new Faculty Self-Service Resource webpage to view tutorials on all the functions in self-service. A soft launch is scheduled tentatively this summer. WebAdvisor will be available simultaneously with Self-Service through the summer.

Training for Self-Service is being provided beginning in April, with additional training available over the summer and at fall FLEX.  Please sign up for training through the Vision Resource Center .
