Volunteer Opportunities

College of the Desert is committed to supporting the health and well-being of our community, especially during the public health situation related to the coronavirus pandemic.

All students attending courses on campus must also complete the COVID-19 Vaccine Affidavit certifying their COVID-19 vaccination. Students who do not provide certification of vaccination, obtain an authorized exemption, or undergo weekly COVID-19 testing and provide proof of negative test results will be denied access to on-site campus/programs.

Getting Involved

When you get involved and become a volunteer, you make the decision to help make the community you live in a better place. Becoming a volunteer allows you to grow your leadership and team building skills, and can you develop proficiently. Adding your volunteer service to your college and professional resumes is very beneficial, and your service helps to make you an impactful individual throughout your career.
