Timely Warnings
The Clery Act requires that we notify the public of certain crimes which occur within Clery-designated geography.* These reports are called timely warnings. Clery geography covers campus, non-campus properties as well as public property.
Burglary
Hate Crime
Indecent Exposure
*In 2020 the U.S. Department of Education rescinded and replaced the 2016 edition of the Campus Safety and Security Reporting Handbook with direction for colleges and universities to get clarification from the Clery related Appendix of the Federal Student Aid (FSA) Handbook. One of the clarifications was in regards to CLERY geography. The link to the handbook is here.
