Upward Bound Program Update
We are currently accepting student applications for the 2023-2024 academic year. If you are interested in being a part of the Upward Bound program, submit an application today! We are accepting both online and paper applications. However, future applicants only need to submit one type of application. Please review the following Upward Bound application process information below, prior to submitting an application.
Step 1:
Prior to submitting either an online or paper application, please review the Upward Bound program requirements to determine student and family eligibility for the program.

If the applicant meets all the eligibility requirements, proceed to step 2.
Step 2:
Navigate to our Apply Now page to submit either an online or paper application for our Upward Bound program.
