Forms are accepted online, submit a On-Campus Activity Request Form.

Please review the COVID Prevention Plan to ensure safety guidelines are in place prior to submitting the On-Campus Activity Request.

  • Move forward with comments
  • Schedule Walk-Through

COVID-19 Return to Campus Task Force

  • Meets every 1st and 3rd Tuesday
  • 1st Meeting Action (Possible 2nd Meeting, if review is needed)

Board of Trustees Approval


All walk-throughs must be completed prior to the Board of Trustees approval. Any requests that require more information, or result in a denial during the approval process, must be resubmitted and will start the review process again from the beginning.
