  • Contact the Admissions & Records office by calling (760) 773-2516. Phone and in-person services are Monday through Thursday 9:00AM to 6:00PM and 9:00AM to 12:00PM on Fridays. 
  • The Admissions & Records office is located on the Palm Desert campus in the Cravens Student Services Center (CSSC), 2nd floor.
  • For in-person services please follow the COVID Protocols.
  • Email us at For COD students, please be sure to email us using your MyCOD email and to include your COD student ID number.  Due to the high volume of emails, the average response time is 1 business day for the date the email is received.


At this time, we are sharing our online resources that our office has available for students, where you can obtain your Admissions and Records questions answered 24/7, 365 days per year. These Admissions and Records resources are available in both English and Spanish using our Chatbot.
