Enrollment verifications may be provided to current College of the Desert students in person or electronically. Students wishing to verify a past enrollment may submit an online transcript order. See the enrollment verifications types and requirements below.
Beginning June 1, 2012 the National Student Clearinghouse will be the primary service used by College of the Desert to verify enrollment. By providing this service College of the Desert ensures you never experience delays in verifying enrollment for auto insurance, healthcare coverage, housing, jobs, or credit applications.
Students may retrieve an unofficial enrollment verification through their Self-Service portal.
Students may submit enrollment verifications forms for auto insurance, healthcare coverage, or housing in person or through their MyCOD student email to email@example.com. Photo identification is required for all enrollment verification requests.
Please note that processing fee may be required based on request type.
